Our projects often take one of two methods.

1. Retrofit – This is where we fit the equipment after the building work has been completed. Cables need to be hidden to accomplish the minimalist look, so we are as creative as possible when finding a concealment solution that suits your needs. Before we begin our work, we consult with you as the customer to agree the plan in order to achieve the exact results you want.


2. First and second fix – This is where we work with other trades people to ensure that all relevant cables and equipment are installed on the ‘first fix’ (for example, HDMI cables installed underneath the surface plasterwork) ready for re-plastering, then a decorator to complete their agreed tasks. We then complete the ‘second fix’ that will usually involve the wall mounting of any AV equipment such as TV’s, speakers and projectors. Once installation is complete, we ensure full calibration and provide customers with a tutorial on how to use their new AV equipment.
